Yuzu was born as part of a journey inspired by cuisines from different lands, joined by the sea, the thread that unites Peruvian, Japanese and Salvadoran cultures.
Among them, Nikkei, the special Peruvian-Japanese fusion, which involves not only mixtures of flavors, but also cultures. Moving between these two poles, YUZU proposes a variety of dishes and experiences of Asian-Latin American fusion that will bring the beauties of the sea to the palate.

Yuzu nació como parte de un viaje inspirado en cocinas de diferentes tierras, unidas por el mar, hilo que une las culturas peruana, japonesa y salvadoreña.
Entre ellos, Nikkei, la fusión especial peruano-japonesa, que involucra no solo mezclas de sabores, sino también culturas. Moviéndose entre estos dos polos, YUZU propone una variedad de platos y experiencias de fusión asiático-latinoamericana que llevarán al paladar las bellezas del mar.
